Career Opportunity Insights from RMA Group

Bangkok, November 10th, 2020 – Neil Russell, RMA Group Recruitment, Learning & Development Manager was a guest speaker at Webster University’s Bangkok Campus. Neil spoke to students about career opportunities in Southeast Asia and beyond, his own career defining experiences and steps to take to initiate their careers. Neil identified innovation, integrity and endurance, RMA Group’s core values, as the pillars underlying the company’s success. He detailed how to survive in businesses one must always think and act strategically. This has been shown to be the case particularly during the Covid pandemic, where in the face of adverse economic conditions, strategic thinking and decisive action is the key to survival. For businesses to adapt to the new climate, they must also place an added emphasis on digital integration and transformation. A   key   component   of   the  forum   was   the  interactive   discussion   where   students freely exchanged a multitude of ideas and thoughts with Neil and one another.
