Express Food Group (EFG) opens a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) & Training Centre
Phnom Penh, Cambodia – September 21, 2023 – Express Food Group (EFG) Cambodia – true to its vision of leading the local F&B business with trusted brands, service, and standards excellence, announced the official opening of a new Quality Assurance (QA) and Training Centre in a purpose-built facility in Mao Tse Tung Boulevard Phnom Penh. Led by a dedicated experienced team of QA and Training Managers, the facility can accommodate up to 50 students or can be divided into smaller groups with space for role play, breakout sessions and smart phone technology tools.
The EFG QA & Training Centre will focus on three goals:
1. To ensure that all employees have the required knowledge and skillset to lead the F&B market and continue to surpass franchiser’s rigorous standard operating procedures.
2. To keep employees up to date on the latest food and safety regulations, best practices, and access to smart phone technology and automated learning management system (LMS)
3. To continuously improve customer service and employee satisfaction.

Mr. Naputo, a member of the Chartered Quality Institute as Practitioner (PCQI), a professional body for experts in improving product, project, and service quality, will lead the center. He will be supported by Mr. Koh Samrach as Training Manager. Mr. Koh Samrach is a seasoned Training Manager with more than a decade of experience under his belt.
