RMA Indonesia Holds Lebaran Siaga 2018 Program for Ford Customers
June 18th, 2018 Indonesia – RMA Indonesia held the Lebaran Siaga 2018 Program from June 13th – 18th providing 24 hour checkups and repairs for Ford customers at 4 Posko Siaga and 14 Bengkel Siaga.
Ford owners from around the region showed up in droves to participate in the event, with 48 Ford vehicles in Posko Siaga, and an impressive 131 vehicles in Bengkel Siaga.
During the 24-hour Standby Lebaran Service Program, authorized Ford workshop technicians were available to provide check-ups and repairs, showcasing some of the sales and aftersales service benefits provided by Ford-RMA Service Partner (FRSP).
œThe Lebaran Siaga Program 2018 is held as part of RMA Indonesia’s commitment to Ford car users throughout Indonesia to ensure our customers feel safe on the roads. Ford-RMA Service Partner (FRSP) is available around the clock to assist any Ford owners in need of emergency services on their way home to Sumatra, Java and Bali, said Yanto Mardianto, Senior Sales and Marketing Manager of RMA Indonesia.
œRMA Indonesia’s aftersales and spare parts service is currently spread over 34 Ford-RMA official service workshop locations throughout Indonesia, he continued.
Out of the many attendees, several Ford owners testified to having benefited greatly from the program, and stated they felt at ease traveling with a Ford vehicle. As RMA Indonesia expands its services in the country, they will continue to roll-out workshops and aftersales service programs for Ford customers.
