JAGUAR LAND ROVER CLASSIC BEGINS GLOBAL EXPANSION WITH NEW SALES AND SERVICING CENTRE IN GERMANY
May 8th, 2018 Essen – Jaguar Land Rover Classic is accelerating its global expansion strategy with the opening of a brand-new Classic Centre in Germany – the first facility of its kind outside the UK. The new Classic Centre in Essen is directly operated by Jaguar Land Rover Classic, providing factory service in Germany.
In addition the company is also introducing a service to support classic car enthusiasts seeking pre-owned Jaguar Land Rover classic vehicles using the new ˜Works Legends’ online portal: www.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/workslegends
With a team headed by Dr. Ralf Klasen, Head of Jaguar Land Rover Classic Germany, the new 4,500m2 Jaguar Land Rover Classic Centre Germany at Essen Kettwig follows the successful opening of Jaguar Land Rover Classic Works in June 2017, offering owners and enthusiasts a wide range of authentic Jaguar and Land Rover classic cars, services, parts and experiences.

As the most mature classic car market in Europe, Germany is the logical first step for the global expansion of Jaguar Land Rover Classic. This new site gives us an excellent platform to cater for the needs of classic Jaguar and Land Rover owners on the continent.
Classic Works-inspired workshop facilities enable comprehensive vehicle health checks, servicing and repairs – including engine rebuilds. Secure storage for clients’ cars is also offered, including maintenance to ensure they’re always ready to drive.
Available from both sites, pre-owned Works Legends are specially selected examples of classic Jaguars and Land Rovers, ranging from usable daily drivers to outstanding concours-standard show cars, or rare vehicles possessing unique historical significance. All have to pass a 125-point healthcheck and are sold with a manufacturer-backed 12-month warranty.
