John Deere Customer Clinic Organized for Retail Customers

August 23rd 2017, Phnom Penh. RMA Cambodia and John Deere held a special training and clinic, the John Deere Customer Clinic, for its retail customers in Kampong Thom Province.
This is an annual program presented by RMAC to retail customers, to share product knowledge on John Deere tractors, and know how on daily maintenance, service intervals and the benefits of using genuine John Deere parts. The program drew a lot of interest from customers in the province. ¨ ¨ The training focused on Tractor Operation & Maintenance, including Daily Service Check & Maintenance, Startup & Safe Operating Technique, Maximizing Productivity, and Tractor Troubleshooting.
Other than training, the program also provided customers with a tractor inspection and diagnosis service for issue identification and solution as well.
