RMA Group Leadership Development Program – Session 11

Bangkok, September 16th, 2022 – RMA Group held the second management LDP for the year from 14th – 16th September and the 11th LDP to date. The three days training session covered modules such as Leading the Business, Developing as a Leader and Leading the Team. Each session of the LDP gives participants insights in core skills and behaviors needed in great leadership as well as tools and ideas that they can take back and utilize in the day-to-day work. The training was led and facilitated by Grant Honeyman and Neil Russell, supported by Stuart Daniels. Kevin Whitcraft, Harjeet Drubra- CFO and Peter Lawson – Global Manufacturing & Quality Director helped open and close the session, sharing insights about the RMA Global business.
