RMA Laos Invests in Leadership Training for Employees
August 14th, 2019 Vientiane – RMA Laos recently delivered the 3rd batch of Management 101 Training at the Vientiane Plaza. Management 101 Training has been an effective program used by RMA in multiple countries; the aim is to develop a consistent RMA way of leading people.
Managers from Accounting, Procurement, Logistics, IT, Lao Ford City and Jaguar Land Rover Sales and Aftersales and AVIS Laos all joined in. Simon Hirst, Country Manager of RMA Laos opened the session led by three trainers from the HR team: Sitthivorada Boupha, General Manager of HR & ADM, Mikeo Thongpathoum, Training & Development Advisor and Juliephone Vinavong, HR Manager of Comin Asia and EFG Laos.
Trainers covered crucial management skills including influencing through communication, team work, decision making, leading in a changing world and the role of a manager. Managers left the training with practical leadership tools they can implement in the workplace.
