Texas Chicken Riverside Store Opens in Vientiane
May 2nd, 2018 Vientiane – Texas Chicken, one of the world’s largest chicken quick-service restaurants, officially opened its second outlet at Riverside, Fa Ngum Road in Vientiane, Laos.
A festive opening ceremony kicked off the launch with ribbon-cutting in the presence of a larger than life Texas Chicken mascot, employees and the EFG management team. A Buddhist ceremony was held simultaneously and monks blessed the new branch and its employees.

The new Riverside store was decked out in balloons and flowers to welcome its first customers. Diners posed for fun photos at the photo booth while being served delicious quality fried chicken while Texas Chicken in person provided further entertainment and interacted with the guests.
EFG Laos brings established global food franchises to Laos, allowing citizens to enjoy quality food and international service standards. EFG’s footprint is expanding and additional Texas Chicken outlets are planned to open in the near future.
