The OEM benefits from a managed market approach by eliminating the complexity of managing dealers and small volumes of vehicles and spare parts so it can focus its resources on more strategic markets.
Through its accredited training programs, RMAA continuously upskills technicians and local management in best practices. RMAA also provide invaluable support setting up spare parts stocking and inventory management plans that encourage lead time reduction. By holding its own inventory of vehicles and parts, and shipping these directly when required, individual dealerships benefit from far shorter periods of capital outlay and are able to be more responsive to a customer’s needs.
